Although only a small village, it is set in the heart of birdwatching, sailing and walking country. The marshes form part of the National Trust Nature Reserve and the ferries sail from Morston Quay to the seal colony on Blakeney Point. Small boat hire is available. For a day out, there is plenty to do and see. The Anchor Inn provides good food and friendly company. Enjoy walking in the National Trust Reserve where there is a watch tower for a magnificent view over the marams to Blakeney Point.

Along the coast, Wells is only a short distance away, passing through the pretty village of Stiffkey and of course Blakeney is just “down the road”.
