"The Pigs can Fly" gallery and workshop exhibits a wide variety of original and unusual works of art by artists and craftsmen from all over the country. On display are original examples of glass ware, ceramics, porcelain and pottery and of course enamels.

Susan Searle, the owner of the gallery also shows her work of enamel and wood clocks, wooden boxes and small pictures in hand turned wood. Susan has exhibited in France, America and Japan as well as a very successful three weeks exhibition at Harrods in London.

Christine Cummins

Christine Cummins studied at Southport College of Art and Design and Lancashire Polytechnic. She exhibits her wonderful Raku pigs and goats in many galleries across the country. She was awarded the best newcomer award at the British Craft Fair in 1996.

Marie Prett

Marie Prett handmade decorated figures are an absolute delight. Amusing and endearing, her angels or female centaurs come to life with their funny grins and the twinkle in their eyes.

Susan Searle

Susan developed her artistic talents in America where she was born. Moving to this country in 1972, she soon started selling. She has lived in Norfolk for the last 3 years and finds the atmosphere very conducive to her art and love of enamel work.

John Searle

John Searle was born in Sussex in 1941. He started painting and carving birds as a hobby, which has now created a demand. Despite the stylised character of John's carving the birds retain their beauty and individuality

Mark Smith

Mark produces a delightful colourful range of wood fired salt glaze ceramics decorated in an orange peel textured glaze of varied tone and colour. His designs can be both functional and quirky.

He worked with Jean-Tessler in Champagne before setting up his own workshop in 1993.Amongst other aclaims, Mark who studied c eramics at Derby University has won the "Spectrum" arts prize - R.B.S.A.

Anna-Mercedes is a ceramic artist whose work includes paperclay shoes and handbags made with a mixture of paperclay and real/fake fur or feathers, to ceramic female figures humerously depicted and handmade from stoneware clay.
