Step back in time in the attractive village of Letheringsett, and visit an outstanding part of working Norfolk history. This fully functional water powered Norfolk red brick mill producing 100% wholewheat flour from locally grown wheat was built in 1802 on a Doomsday site. In latter years it had started to fall into disrepair, until 1982 when restoration work started.

The Miller and his staff would like to welcome you to see their skills of making flour using this traditional method . On demonstration days the Miller will give a running commentary, but the mill and it's working's are also open for viewing on other days. Staff are always on hand and ready to answer any of your questions - we are proud to share our interest and knowledge.

There is a small shop, where the flour and local hand made breads and confectionery are available for sale.
